Expect the usual investment banking fundamentals, but be ready to explain concepts rather than just recite formulas. Interviewers may care more about why an acquisition is accretive, which valuation method suits a company, or how market conditions affect financing. They may care less about whether you can perform lengthy calculations from memory.
