The most recognizable client or largest transaction is not necessarily the best internship experience. Look for an active deal with near-term work, a team willing to teach, and assignments you can complete during your internship. A smaller transaction where you help with analysis and materials may be more valuable than a headline deal that gives you little responsibility.
